BWT Combined Cadet Force
Students in Year 9 and above have the opportunity to be a part of the Brooke Weston Trust Combined Cadet Force (CCF). Using globally recognised and approved military themed training Cadets experience the excitement and challenges of the great outdoors, testing their team building and leadership skills in ways that simply are not possible in the classroom.
What is CCF?
The CCF stands for Combined Cadet Force.
The CCF is part of the national youth movement in the United Kingdom and is administered by the Ministry of Defence.
The CCF is not part of the Armed Forces and its members are not liable for service or compulsory training in the Armed Forces.
The Combined Cadet Force (CCF) is a tri-Service Military Cadet organisation based in schools and colleges throughout the UK.
The CCF (Army) for Brooke Weston Trust will recruit Officers & Adult Volunteers from across all the Trust secondary schools.
What can CCF offer?
The CCF is a youth organisation based around the principles of the armed services.
The Brooke Weston Trust CCF(Army) will aim to build a disciplined organisation across the Trust, where Cadets can develop their:
