Product Design (AQA GCSE)

The last year this course will run is 2017/2018. The information below is for current Year 11 Product Design students only who will be taking their exam in June 2018. The course consists of two units:

Unit 1: Written Paper (45551)
40% of total marks
2 hours
120 marks
Candidates answer all questions in two sections on the theme on the pre-release material issued in March of the year of examination.

Unit 2: Design and Making

Practice (45552)
60% of total marks
Approximately 45 hours
90 marks
Consists of a single design and make activity.
